Each MAHRA order is prepared to order. It is our choice: avoid waste, guarantee fresh products with every shipment. This page details our delivery times, fees, and shipping conditions.
Processing time
2 to 5 business days between order confirmation and shipment.

We work with established carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) selected based on your destination to ensure reliable tracking and secure delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Customs, taxes and import duties
Your orders are shipped from North America. For deliveries to Switzerland, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other international destinations, customs fees, local VAT or import duties may apply depending on the regulations of your destination country and the value of your order.
When applicable, these fees are calculated and collected by local customs authorities upon parcel reception. They are not included in the purchase price or in the shipping fees, and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
For reference, when applicable:
- Switzerland: 8.1% VAT + administrative customs clearance fees (approximately CHF 12 to 20 per parcel). Low-value parcels may be exempt depending on the current threshold.
- European Union: Local VAT of the destination country (variable). Import duties may apply for orders above €150.
- United Kingdom: Local VAT + possible duties for orders above £135.
- Other destinations: According to local regulations.
These rules vary and may change. We recommend reviewing the customs regulations in effect in your country at the time of your purchase.
Lost, damaged or delayed parcels
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, please contact us via the Contact page with your order number. We handle each case individually.
Delivery address
The delivery address cannot be modified after shipment. Please verify your information before validating your order.
